Shipping policy
Delivery times depend on your chosen delivery method. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are calculated from the dispatch date.
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to dispatch from our studio.
Pre-order products are not yet ready to be shipped at the time of submitting your order. Please note the estimated dispatch dates on the product page. Any further updates will be communicated via email.
Our customer care and fulfilment teams are based in the UK and are available Monday-Friday GMT. Processing times and customer service responses may be delayed during collection releases, sale periods and around UK public holidays. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by the courier company, remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.
Our prices are inclusive of duties and tax for UK and EU orders.
International orders are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) to countries within North America, South America*, Asia, Middle East and ROW. Duties and taxes are calculated and shown at checkout, there will be no extra charges on delivery.
*Please note we are unable to ship DDP to Brazil. Orders to Russia have been suspended until further notice.
When placing your order, please ensure the billing and shipping details are correct as we are unable to redirect orders. Orders cannot be changed once the merchandise has been processed by our fulfillment team.
You will receive email confirmation once your order has been shipped with a tracking number. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for the courier to update shipping information following receipt of the shipping confirmation email.
If you need support changing or updating your order, please contact our customer service team (shop@knwls.com) as soon as possible, quoting your order number.
Please note a recipient signature is required for delivery. In the event no one is able to sign for your order, the courier will leave a notification to reschedule delivery. Please track and look out for any communication from the courier company regarding your order. We cannot take responsibility for any package once it’s in your country.
If your order contains multiple items these may be shipped separately. You will receive shipping confirmation as each shipment is dispatched.
All orders are dispatched from our studio in the UK, Unit 20 Ltd, The Penarth Centre, London, SE15 1TR.
